Limits
Every number, by tier.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”People and sites
Section titled “People and sites”| Free | Pro | Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| People in the workspace | 1 | 5 | 20 | By agreement |
| Documentation sites | 1 | 3 | 10 | By agreement |
Seat counts include invitations nobody has accepted yet.
The number bounds adding and never removing. A workspace already over a limit keeps everybody in it and simply cannot add one more, so a downgrade never locks a colleague out.
Daily AI allowance
Section titled “Daily AI allowance”Three separate counters, all per day.
| Free | Pro | Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Writing help, per person | 20 | 200 | 500 | 500 |
| Writing help, per project | 50 | 800 | 3000 | 3000 |
| Reader questions, per site | 50 | 300 | 1500 | 1500 |
Enterprise holds Business’s allowance because nothing stores a negotiated number. An Enterprise customer who needs more has somebody to ask, and until then is never refused below the tier beneath them.
Writing help, per person stops one enthusiastic writer from spending the project’s day. Per project is the project’s own ceiling, shared.
Note
A cap you cannot see until you hit it is a surprise. The remaining allowance is visible before you reach it, and an owner can set a hard cap of their own.
