Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Draft cannot open
Section titled “Draft cannot open”Check the branch, workspace, project, preview URL, and token scope. A deleted branch or token from another workspace cannot open the draft.
Saved changes are not live
Section titled “Saved changes are not live”Saving stages content. Readers see only the published build. Check branch, commit, merge, publication, and build status in that order.
Checkout fails
Section titled “Checkout fails”Confirm live Stripe keys, live price IDs, and a production webhook are configured consistently. Test-mode prices cannot be used by live checkout.
Domain is pointed but insecure
Section titled “Domain is pointed but insecure”DNS and certificates are separate. Confirm the CNAME, wait for propagation, check certificate status, rebuild, and test HTTPS.
MCP is unauthorized or times out
Section titled “MCP is unauthorized or times out”Check endpoint, bearer token, workspace, project scope, expiry, and whether the client is holding an old session. Reconnect after changing credentials.
Search or AI misses a page
Section titled “Search or AI misses a page”Confirm the page is published, listed in navigation, and included in the latest search or discovery build. Rebuild after enabling AI or changing indexed content.
